01
Is this coaching or consulting?
+
Neither. These are implementation-led programs.
HBM Lab develops the leader's execution capacity.
Scale-Ops diagnoses, designs, installs, and institutionalizes
the financial and operating systems your company needs for its
next stage. You build working assets during the program,
not after it.
02
What is the difference between HBM Lab and Scale-Ops?
+
HBM Lab builds the operator — mindset, leadership, and
execution discipline over twelve weeks. Scale-Ops builds
the operating system — financial and operational infrastructure
over six weeks, at one of three company stages. Many participants
do both, usually HBM Lab first or alongside a Scale-Ops lab.
03
How do I know which program to apply to?
+
Use the program finder above — five questions, weighted across
all four programs, and it names both a recommendation and a
runner-up. If you are between two, apply to either and say so
in your application; we will move you if the other is the
better fit before the cohort starts.
04
How much time does a program take each week?
+
Plan on the live session plus roughly two to four hours of
implementation. The weekly action is designed to be work you
were going to do anyway, done with structure — not homework
layered on top of your job. Company-based programs should
expect their leadership team to protect the same window.
05
Can more than one person from my company participate?
+
Founder Lab is structured around a founder or co-founder and
can include one or two key people. Growth Engine Lab and the
Master Program are company-based and are designed to include
selected executive and finance team members. HBM Lab is built
around the individual leader.
06
Is Founder Lab suitable for a pre-revenue company?
+
Founder Lab is designed for companies with established market
traction. If you are still validating the core problem, say so
in your application. We would rather tell you honestly that the
timing is wrong than take your money for a program you are early for.
07
Who qualifies for the Master Program?
+
Companies preparing for an acquisition, IPO, recapitalization,
secondary transaction, succession, or another material liquidity
event. Access is by invitation or confidential executive review.
It is not a fit for idea-stage or early MVP-stage companies.
08
What happens after I apply?
+
You will receive confirmation with a reference number, which
you can use to check your status at any time from the portal page.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and most receive
a decision or a scheduled conversation within a week. Accepted
participants receive enrollment details and a portal account.
09
How do I get my materials during the program?
+
Through the Orivon Portal. Every participant gets an account
at enrollment holding workbooks, templates, session replays,
diagnostics, and the blueprint you build week by week.
Company-based programs can add selected executive and finance
team members. Access continues through your 90-day sprint
after graduation.
10
What if I miss a session?
+
Sessions are recorded and posted to the portal, and the weekly
deliverable stays available. Cohort programs require attendance
at five of six sessions, or approved make-up work, to qualify
for completion. Tell your facilitator in advance where you can.
11
Will my company's financial information stay confidential?
+
Yes. Applications and company materials are handled under
Orivon Advisory Group's confidentiality and data-handling
procedures, and confidentiality documentation can be executed
during enrollment. Peer cohorts operate under a mutual
confidentiality expectation, which is stated in the first session.
12
Do I get templates and a certificate?
+
Yes to templates — each program includes the proprietary models,
dashboards, and implementation frameworks aligned to its outcomes,
and they remain yours. Eligible participants who complete cohort
requirements receive a certificate of completion; Growth Engine Lab
graduates may earn the Certified Scale-Ops Growth Leader™ —
Foundation Level designation. These recognize program completion
and are not professional licenses or academic degrees.
