HBM Lab is Orivon Advisory Group’s implementation-led financial transformation platform for founders, growth companies, and transaction-ready enterprises. We replace financial chaos, fragmented reporting, and reactive decision-making with the infrastructure required to scale, raise capital, improve profitability, and build enterprise value.
Not Coaching. Not Consulting. Financial Transformation.
A company can increase revenue and still lose control. Reporting becomes slower. Cash becomes harder to predict. Leadership meetings become dominated by conflicting numbers. The founder remains the financial control system, and the organization makes decisions without a reliable view of profitability, working capital, or risk.
HBM Lab corrects this before complexity becomes a crisis. Each Lab combines financial diagnosis, live implementation, executive decision frameworks, company-specific tools, and disciplined accountability. Participants leave with practical financial systems installed inside their businesses — not simply more information.
The Scale-Ops methodology aligns financial reporting, cash-flow visibility, forecasting, unit economics, operational accountability, capital strategy, leadership decision-making, enterprise risk, and finance-team structure. The objective is not growth at any cost. The objective is to build a company that can absorb complexity, make stronger decisions, protect cash, attract capital, and create measurable enterprise value.
